Indo – French Cultural Exchange Program

With reference to above subject, we hereby invite your school for a cultural exchange program between Indian and European Students. 

What is the aim of this program?

Our aim with this program is to foster mutual understanding, promote culture diversity, and provide an enriching experience for our students. The general brief of the program is as below:

Participating Entities: European School and Indian School.

Phase I: Students of European School coming to Indian School in Rajasthan.

Phase II: Students of Indian School in Rajasthan going to Europe.

(Any phase can be initiated depending upon understanding and approvals from both schools)

a) Phase I: Students of European School coming to Indian School in Rajasthan.

• General Itinerary of India: Delhi – Jaipur - Agra - Delhi: The itinerary has been operated very recently from 12.04.2024 to 19.04.2024 for French Students. In this part Indian School has to host European Students by co-ordinating with parents.

• Detailed presentation of the itinerary: The detailed presentation of this itinerary along with feedbacks from French Students / Teachers and Indian Students / Parents is attached in the form of PDF. The PDF contains detailed itinerary, pictures of each day with all the activities conducted in this program. It also has the link for the video feedbacks.

b) Phase II: Students of Indian School in Rajasthan going to Europe.

• Itinerary for other countries: The itineraries are under preparation and will be shared with interested schools.

What are the financials involved?

The financial aspect of the itinerary varies on factors like no. of participants, days of operation, no. of days planned, facilities involved and current hotels, transportation, airfares etc. It can be discussed in a meeting on online / offline mode.
